Some important information for next weekend:

  • It is mandatory to have your volunteer shift covered to have your deposit refunded.

  • U16 players (in place of parents) are able to fulfill the volunteer hours.

  • The U16 team families are scheduled on Sunday due to high school soccer games that occur on Saturdays.

  • Each shift is approx. 4.5 hours.

  • Due to the U11 game schedule, the U11 shift was split in two on Saturday. The families are needed to work 7-8:30 am and 1:15-4 pm.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift unless you are scheduled for the 7 am shift.

  • All individuals who were members of the tournament committee are not scheduled for volunteer hours. Their hours have been fulfilled with the planning of the tournament.

  • Volunteers will be assigned to either work concession, be a field marshal, parking attendant, or any other misc. area that needs a volunteer. You will be assigned your area when you arrive for your shift.
